In   2024,   the   Government   of   Jersey   introduced   legislation   mandating   that   all   landlords   obtain   licences   for   any dwellings   occupied   by   tenants.   This   legislation   stipulates   that   tenants   must   have   access   to   both   the   landlord's license   and   a   current   Electrical   Installation   Condition   Report   (EICR).   An   EICR   is   considered   current   if   it   has   been completed within the past five years.  Please click on the Licences page and you will have access to these reports.
